If you are a TeleLink user or have ever heard us talk about the system, you are likely aware that TeleLink is a multifaceted application that solves many telecom revenue and business challenges. As a telecom carrier or service provider, you’re probably also aware of the potential value hidden in call and usage records. TeleLink exists to make telecom data actionable—we explain TeleLink by saying it helps you unlock the full power of information.
Specifically designed to address profitability and network efficiency challenges, TeleLink is currently installed at more than 50 carrier sites, processing over a billion records a day. Each day, TeleLink performs a host of business assurance functions, including: data mediation, routing assurance, ICA invoice validation, bill/CABS validation, bursted lines revenue assurance, quality of service measurements, traffic analysis, network performance and trending, compliance reporting, mobile traffic analysis, and so much more.
Because TeleLink is a comprehensive platform, it largely looks different at every single customer site where it’s installed. That’s because a customer typically selects TeleLink as part of a data analytics project that focuses on a targeted business need (let’s call that Project X). Although TeleLink could provide additional benefit by addressing that customer’s other business assurance challenges, the personnel who selected TeleLink for Project X are often not spearheading or aware of Projects Y and Z. As a result, TeleLink is often not leveraged to its fullest potential.
Equinox’s mission is to help telecom carriers and service providers protect and optimize their revenue. To make sure we provide the tools and information needed to obtain maximum benefit from TeleLink, we surveyed the entire user community last year. First, a heartfelt thanks to everyone who completed the survey and/or submitted comments. Second, here’s how we put those results directly to work:
Webinar: Tapping into TeleLink’s Routing Assurance Benefits. Based on an overwhelming response for training on this topic, we added a TeleLink webinar to the first quarter 2018 calendar.
