It’s a new year, but after an extremely rapid freeze in late November (a drop from 50° to 0° in less than 3 hours), everything around middle Tennessee is browner than usual for this time of year. As the calendar turns over, I’m always ready for warmer weather, but even more so now due to the colorless landscape left by the flash freeze. I look forward to flowers blooming, green leaves appearing on trees, and gardens coming to life. These events signify growth and newness and fill me with an added measure of hope.
Something else that fills me with hope is being together for our user groups. Resuming these educational forums in person last year was exciting indeed. The planning committee has been working for months planning the upcoming TeleLink User Group Meeting (TUGM). The agenda includes sessions to highlight the newest features in TeleLink and to boost your existing knowledge of the application. With so many customers already electing to upgrade to the latest iteration, TeleLink 11 will be a focal point at TUGM 2023.
TeleLink 11 (aka T11) encapsulates the market-proven mediation, reporting, and revenue assurance features from its predecessor while adding an extremely powerful new data viewer, increasing the usability and value of the reporting module, streamlining the configuration area, eliminating clutter, and providing an improved user experience across the board. In conjunction with the product’s wide-spread implementation, the Support team created several educational resources to showcase the new interface and provide specific guidance. The first batch of tutorials covers these T11 topics:
To check out the new T11 tutorials, go to www.equinoxis.com/login.php. (It takes less than a minute to register the first time you use the site.) Just like other tutorials we’ve offered in the past, these short how-to videos explain and demonstrate common tasks you’d undertake in the system. At around 3 minutes a piece, tutorials make it easy to find the help you need quickly and get on with the task at hand or share with other users.
There’s still time to secure your spot and plan your trip for the April 4-5 TUGM in Nashville. Get event details, registration link, and accommodation options at: http://www.equinoxis.com/tugm2023.php.
