What do Taylor Swift, Beyonce’, Dave Matthews, and you have in common??? They’re all coming to Nashville in 2023!
I hope you’ve already been able to secure your spot for Equinox’s upcoming TeleLink User Group Meeting (TUGM) in Nashville. If not, it’s not too late! Last year, it was great to have an in-person User Group Meeting with the TeleLink folks. Our team has been eagerly preparing for this year’s event for months now. We have put together a stellar agenda with sessions to enhance your knowledge of TeleLink and present our latest offerings in TeleLink 11.
Many of our customers have already begun the process of upgrading to TeleLink 11, which will be a major talking point at the upcoming TeleLink User Group Meeting. Although we have informative and impactful Equinox presentations during the conference, hearing from our customers is even more valuable. We always appreciate customer feedback and suggestions, but this forum is truly special. The open discussion between customers and stakeholders from every Equinox department lets us understand and explore the needs presented to us during these meetings in a way email simply cannot. Whether it’s dialog during a training session or an organic conversation around the lunch table, these conversations that take place between our team and YOU are priceless! I look forward to these conversations and surely hope you will be a part of them this year.
April 4th will be here before you know it. I speak for the entire Equinox team when I say it would be our pleasure to welcome you to the Music City Center in Nashville for the TeleLink User Group Meeting. Oh, and by the way, there will be food, fun, bowling, cocktails...plus, you never know who you might see in Nashville. As for me, I certainly hope to see you!

In his first Equinox role as a TeleLink quality assurance tester, Chris Lowe helped improve the company’s testing and installation procedures. In late 2020, Chris moved into the role of Director, Equinox Support. In that capacity, he is responsible for managing application testing efforts and overseeing all support services, including the help desk and product documentation. Chris and his wife Jessica have 2 boys, 1 girl, and 2 dogs. A former college baseball standout, Chris loves sports and continues to play them as often as possible. Chris is committed to fitness, enjoys being active and outdoors, and especially relishes coaching his sons’ baseball team.
