Close your eyes and imagine it’s April 9th. Spring has sprung. You’re sitting around a table of new and old friends, sipping a drink, talking about life, and having a great time in downtown Nashville. You’ve just spent a day hearing from your peers, learning new features, and being trained by the best, most knowledgeable experts!
Now, open your eyes and go register for the TeleLink User’s Group Meeting (TUGM)! If you haven’t secured a spot for the April 9th and 10th conference, you still have time. Our team has a great agenda for this year’s TUGM, which takes place in downtown Nashville, TN! You’ll get to hear multiple case studies from customers, learn more about TeleLink from the development team, and be trained by the best (Christi Vanoye). And after experiencing that, we get to have an enjoyable time eating, drinking, and playing games like darts, shuffleboard, and ping-pong as part of a relaxing networking dinner. And through it all, we get to know each other better.
Chris Lowe has led Equinox Support for 3 years now. He cares deeply about providing exceptional service for every customer, so he makes sure his team has the tools and resources to meet those expectations. He loves being part of the user group every year!
More than 20 companies already own TeleLink 11 and several others have elected to upgrade and are currently in the implementation phase. As a result, Equinox Support has worked closely with customers daily in recent months, whereas we typically interact with a customer more intermittently to install a new version or help troubleshoot an issue. We are excited to gather with these customers to hear their experiences and successes with the application. We are also grateful that several of them agreed to present case studies as part of this year’s event.
Registration for the April 9-10 TeleLink User Group Meeting is open. Visit http://www.equinoxis.com/tugm2024.php for complete event details, including registration link and hotel options—there is a discounted rate at the host hotel until March 8. As has become tradition, Equinox is offering a ‘TeleLink 101: System Introduction and Overview’ pre-session webinar on March 26 to help attendees make the most of their time at the meeting.
The TUGM reporting, mediation, and revenue assurance conference is perfect for EVERY member of the TeleLink community. It's designed for all system users, owners, and administrators, regardless of skill level, application version, or ability to attend previous user group meetings. It provides educational, impactful presentations from development, support, and other customers. April 9th is just around the corner, and we would love to see you in Nashville for the TeleLink User Group Meeting! Until then, you can reach us by calling (615) 612-1225 or emailing support@equinoxis.com.
