NASHVILLE, TN—May 15, 2018—Leading telecom solutions provider Equinox Information Systems reports that NICE inContact has upgraded to the latest version of the TeleLink usage analytics platform and added the routing assurance module. NICE, the worldwide leading provider of cloud and on-premises enterprise software solutions, turned to Equinox for this latest project based on the long-standing relationship between the two companies. NICE inContact has been relying on Equinox’s business assurance solutions since 2003 when they first selected and licensed TeleLink for mediation and reporting.
Currently processing 1.7 billion records a day for service providers around the world, Equinox has been helping telecom companies stop fraud, mediate usage data, manage expense, and optimize revenue since 1986. After initially deploying the TeleLink solution in 2003, NICE inContact later turned to Equinox for telecom fraud software and rolled out the Protector system to monitor their ever-growing network. To keep pace with their continued growth, NICE opted to upgrade to the latest version of the web-based TeleLink solution for this latest project. To support their ongoing revenue assurance initiatives, they also elected to license TeleLink’s routing assurance module at the same time.
“We selected Equinox 15 years ago based on their reputation in the telecom industry,” explained Joddie Winters, who is NICE inContact’s Manager, Traffic Management. “The original system implementation for TeleLink was a breeze, and their customer support team has always been very responsive. That combined with the positive results achieved from both Protector and TeleLink made Equinox the clear choice for us.”
TeleLink solves business assurance challenges by making usage data actionable. Its advanced usage analytics and report engine provide essential revenue, expense, and network management benefits to telecom companies around the world. Protector, the most installed fraud management system in the U.S., is a comprehensive, scalable solution with a proven record of combatting even the newest fraud schemes. Saving carriers from hundreds of millions in fraud losses last year, Protector has well earned its reputation.
“Based on results we’ve seen at hundreds of companies around the globe, we are certain of our solutions’ ability to protect and optimize telecom revenue,” said David West, Executive Vice President of Equinox Information Systems. “But we have an even degree of confidence in our people! We know they provide extraordinary support—the kind that ensures loyal customers! We are honored to be chosen for this most recent project and look forward to working with NICE for many more years.”
