2019 TeleLink User Group Meeting


We had a great group for TeleLink User Group Meeting 2019 TUGM gets rolling with introductions David West is always a great emcee for the User Group Christi gets ready to present the newest TeleLink features TeleLink architect David Bastin offered several time-saving tips Dashboard guru Derek introduced several exciting additions to TeleLink Phil Berry graciously helped others understand how he uses TeleLink Many thanks to Cory for presenting a fantastic TeleLink case study The agenda was designed to elicit questions and discussion throughout Equinox Support presented a session packed full of best practice tips Everyone loved having EIS developers at the TUGM to answer questions We love our customers and are thrilled they attended the TeleLink User Group Meeting We are grateful for Dwain's 'My Favorite Report' presentation Stakeholders from every Equinox department are on hand for the TUGM Networking is an important part of the TUGM Matt and Christi work hard to capture every detail of the Wish List Stockcar racing enthusiast Shawn Martin enlightened us on his favorite report TeleLink report expert Eric Bright fielded questions during the training Matt is involved in many areas of the TUGM and always happy to help VP of Support Joe Herron enjoys interacting with customers at TUGM TUGM wrapped up with a great networking lunch at Martin's Barbeque After the event concluded, competition was fierce at the ping pong table The TUGM provides a great forum for questions and conversation among participants Christi's trainings are always a favorite part of the event Equinox conducted customer interviews during the event Equinox support specialists were on hand for the entire event We are so grateful for all the fantastic suggestions during the Wish List It was awesome having Shawn McElroy lend his expertise to the group Lesa and Amy agree TUGM is hard work AND fun. We can't wait to see you again next year!
