NASHVILLE, TN — December 21, 2010 — Equinox Information Systems announced that Sovernet Communications, an Internet and telecom provider serving Northern New England, upgraded to TeleLink 5. Originally selecting the TeleLink mediation system in 2006, Sovernet's decision to upgrade reflects confidence in the platform's dependability.
The upgrade includes Rate Management and Vendor Invoice Reconciliation capabilities. TeleLink 5 enables importing rates from multiple carriers and identifies discrepancies between carrier-applied rates and TeleLink calculations. Additional improvements feature two new CDR search utilities and streamlined reporting functionality.
