Equinox Information Systems announced the appointment of David Bastin as Vice President of Software Engineering. In this role, Bastin serves as lead architect for new software products and oversees development of the company's Microsoft SQL Server project.

Bastin joined Equinox in 1994 following his graduation from Lipscomb University with a Computer Science degree. Over his 25-year tenure, he has contributed to virtually every product the company developed, including serving as primary architect for expanding TeleLink's capabilities to handle more than a billion records daily.

Bastin resides in Goodlettsville, Tennessee, with his wife Carinda and daughter Ainsley.
