Protector User Group Meeting
September 30 - October 2, 2019

This must-attend event is designed for EVERY member of the Protector community. The Protector User Group Meeting has it ALL—world-class fraud management education, access to industry experts, in a beautiful meeting facility!

All User Group Meeting sessions take place at the Music City Center, located at 201 5th Ave S, Nashville, TN 37203, (615) 401-1400.
WHO
Any Protector user currently under maintenance can attend the meeting FREE OF CHARGE. There's no better value, as your only cost is for travel and lodging! The event costs $1,295 per person for all other attendees. Seating is limited, so be sure to register as soon as possible1.
WHEN
The event occurs September 30 - October 2, 2019 (Monday through Wednesday). As a bonus, we're also pleased to offer an introductory Protector webinar BEFORE this year's meeting.
Monday, August 26 (12:00 Central): This one-hour online webinar is perfect for newer users or anyone who wants to brush up on system basics. This free session is open to ALL current members of the Protector community. Mark your calendar and watch your inbox for an invitation in August.
Monday September 30: Lunch is provided at 12:00 pm at the Music City Center, followed by the event's official kick off at 1:00. Please plan to arrive at the Nashville airport no later than 11:00 am (Central) to take advantage of the day's activities. The UGM event begins with formal introductions, followed by a tour of new system features and a training session. All training sessions are led by Implementation Manager, Christi Vanoye. We gladly welcome suggestions and advance questions for the training sessions.
Tuesday October 1: This day begins with continental breakfast at the Music City Center. Educational and networking sessions for this day include carrier-led case studies, additional training, access to the Equinox support and development team, lunch break, and the ever-popular Wish List. After sessions wrap, Equinox also provides dinner out on Tuesday night at Nashville Underground.
Wednesday October 2: The final day starts with breakfast at the Music City Center followed by case studies and sessions running until noon. Lunch is available at noon for those who have later flights.

WHERE TO STAY
Please read this information carefully regarding your lodging choices, as this year's options are all downtown.
Host Hotel: Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Nashville Downtown, 310 4th Avenue South, Nashville, TN 37201. Equinox has reserved a limited block of rooms for 9/29/19* to 10/02/2019 for the Protector User Group Meeting. The discounted $229 room rate is available until August 29th or until the group block sells out, whichever comes first. Participants are responsible for their own hotel costs. Equinox provides 6 meals as part of the conference.
HOW TO GET TO THE UGM EACH DAY
The host hotel is (less than two blocks) walking distance from the Music City Center (MCC) event venue. Please note that PUGM attendees are responsible for securing transportation to/from the airport.
Participants are responsible for their own travel, transportation, and accommodation costs.
