New Dates for Protector User Group Meeting

WHAT'S CHANGED AND WHY
When our beloved friend and esteemed colleague Derek Drake passed away a few days before PUGM's originally planned start, we decided to postpone the event. Here's a link to that original announcement. Thank you for your patience and support as we navigated that very difficult situation.
We have rescheduled all PUGM sessions for October 26 and 27 and provided new registration links. Even if you previously registered, you must use the new links to get sign in credentials for the rescheduled events.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We are hosting PUGM 2021 online in a way that lets us deliver valuable content and get your feedback. This educational event is designed to benefit EVERY member of the Protector community. During the meeting, you can expect to:
- Take your fraud management strategies to the next level. Protector veteran and fraud expert Christi Vanoye leads in-depth training sessions during the event. (You can submit questions in advance!)
- Get a thorough overview of the entire system and learn how to maximally benefit from the newest features.
- Help your bottom line. Learn how to reduce fraud losses via practical, carrier-tested examples.
- Make a difference. Your questions and input directly shape Protector's future features.
- Get valuable tips from the developers who designed and created the system.
- Attend multiple sessions without missing work or incurring travel expenses.

Any Protector user currently under maintenance can attend the meeting FREE OF CHARGE. With no travel or lodging costs, there's simply no better value! You must register to take advantage of this educational event.

Tuesday, October 26, 2021, 11:00 AM (Central): What's New in Protector / Wish List. This one-hour webinar combines two of the most popular Protector User Group Meeting sessions. During the first 30 minutes, David and Christi demonstrate all the newest features in Protector. The second 30 minutes is reserved for the wish list, where you share your vision for future product enhancements with us. IMPORTANT: Before the online session begins, please download the What's New in Protector 2021 PDF from the Equinox Online Library. Secure your spot for this combined session here.
Tuesday, October 26, 2021, 1:00 PM (Central): Protector Training – CDR Rules. Join Amy Oldham, Ernest Howell, and Mitch Heffington for a look into one of Protector's most used and most powerful features. Learn more about creating CDR Rules, hear best practice recommendations, and get insight from special guests Leo Arteaga, Jaime Zetterstrom, and Scott Eggiman, who regularly use CDR Rules. You must register in advance for this session.
Tuesday, October 26, 2021, 3:00 PM (Central): Protector 11 Introduction. Byron Middendorf kicks off this 60-minute session with a memorial tribute to Derek Drake, who was instrumental in Protector 11's development. The rest of the webinar provides a conceptual overview of the all-new Protector 11 fraud management system and is led by David West, David Bastin, Chad Henke, and Jamie Davis. Their presentation explains terms and concepts while introducing the system's sleek new interface. Register for this webinar here.
Wednesday, October 27, 2021, 11:00 AM (Central): Protector Training—CDR Inactivity and End of Day Alerts / Best Practices for Domestic Traffic Pumping and IRSF. Hosted by Christi Vanoye and Mitch Heffington, this one-hour training addresses several customer-requested topics. Learn what steps to take if you receive 'CDR Inactivity' or 'End of Day' alerts; get acquainted with new Equinox Support tutorials; and dive into best practice guidelines for domestic traffic pumping and IRSF (international revenue share fraud) incidents. You must sign up to attend this training.
Wednesday, October 27, 2021, 1:00 PM (Central): Protector 11 In Action. This 60-minute presentation provides a practical look at the case management and fraud management capabilities of the Protector 11 system. Led by David Bastin, Chad Henke, and David West, you can also expect commentary from other FMS experts during this webinar. Complete this registration form to secure your spot.

For maximum flexibility, each PUGM session stands alone and has a distinct login. Please use the links above to register separately for each session you plan to attend. Due to the date change, you must register for the session(s) you will attend even if you previously signed up for the online 2021 Protector User Group Meeting.
