NASHVILLE, TN — August 22, 2003 — The Guam Telephone Authority (GTA), a public entity component unit of the Government of Guam, has licensed Collector Deluxe mediation software from Equinox Information Systems. The system automates call detail record transmission using real-time Automatic File Transfer via Ethernet, interfacing with GTA's Nortel switches.
Carl Leon Guerrero, Chief Engineer for GTA, stated: "After evaluating several mediation systems, we concluded that Collector Deluxe would be the best choice" given its success record. The software enables operational improvements in billing and customer service.
