NASHVILLE, TN - December 13, 1999 - Equinox Information Systems, an international provider of fraud protection and network management solutions to the telecommunications industry, announced today the release of ShowCDR, Version 4.0, a sophisticated CDR search system. ShowCDR eliminates the need for switch-based searches by offering carriers advanced means to view, search, and report call records from their desktop PCs.
With ShowCDR, users can view CDRs (call or billing records) in sequential order or search for specific records using sophisticated search techniques on any field or combination of values. Instead of having to remember and type the various commands required to institute a switch search batch, ShowCDR is Windows based and completely menu driven. A call capture feature allows users to save calls to a binary or ASCII file.

Users may select any combination of fields from the call records and sort based on any of the fields selected to customize call record reports. Report specifications can be saved for future use. Reports can be printed and are saved as comma delimited files, allowing access from most spreadsheet and database applications.
