Equinox Hosts Revenue Assurance and Cost Management Event

COMPANY HOLDS ANNUAL TELELINK USER GROUP MEETING IN NASHVILLE

(NASHVILLE, TN) March 20, 2019—Equinox Information Systems, who is a leading supplier of business assurance solutions for the telecom industry, announces plans to host the 2019 edition of their annual TeleLink User Group Meeting next month. Held in Nashville again this year, the revenue assurance and cost management conference is set for April 23 - 24 at the Music City Center. After revamping and reintroducing this user group last year, Equinox is pleased to reinstate it as an annual event. The company has also expanded the educational conference this year to add an introductory TeleLink webinar on March 25 beforehand to help all attendees get the most benefit from the Nashville meeting.

Equinox CEO Byron Middendorf serves as the event’s chairperson and opening speaker. Designed especially for Equinox’s TeleLink customers, the lineup includes industry experts, TeleLink educators, sessions led by Equinox development and support personnel, best practice presentations on reporting, and instructions for fully leveraging the newest system features. Just like all Equinox user conferences, the agenda includes dedicated time for crowdsourcing product features (the Wish List), ample networking, and a customer appreciation dinner. There is also interactive training led by TeleLink implementation and report expert Christi Vanoye.
