TeleLink User Group Meeting
April 23-24, 2019
WHAT
Specifically designed for EVERY member of the TeleLink community, this event helps you maximize your company's revenue and business assurance efforts. During the meeting, you can expect to:
- Get a thorough overview of TeleLink and all its components;
- Get valuable tips from case studies and use case discussions;
- See the latest product features and learn how to maximally benefit from them;
- Make a difference. Your questions and input directly shape TeleLink's future features;
- Participate in training led by Equinox implementation specialists;
- Submit questions in advance for additional in-depth training;
- Collaborate. Network and exchange tips with other system users and telecom professionals; and
- Connect. Meet the Equinox team members who develop and support TeleLink.

All sessions on April 23 and April 24 take place at the Music City Center, located at 201 5th Ave S, Nashville, TN 37203, (615) 401-1400.
WHO
Any TeleLink user currently under maintenance can attend the meeting FREE OF CHARGE. There's no better value, as your cost is for travel and lodging only! The event costs $1,295 per person for all other attendees. Seating is limited, so be sure to register as soon as possible1.
WHEN
The event occurs all day April 23, 2019 and half day April 24, 2019.
Tuesday April 23, 2019: This day begins with breakfast and networking at the Music City Center. After breakfast, the event officially kicks off with formal introductions. The day consists of educational sessions on TeleLink—including use case discussions, customer examples, and case studies—along with the ever-popular Wish List, a networking lunch, group photo, and expert advice from the Equinox support and Development staff. There is a respite after sessions wrap, and then Equinox provides a networking dinner at Kitchen Notes, located in the Omni Hotel, that night.
Wednesday April 24, 2019: This day begins at the Music City Center with breakfast and networking followed by in-depth training on multiple facets of TeleLink. Sessions conclude before lunch, with a meal provided for those who have later flights.

WHERE TO STAY
Please read this information carefully regarding your lodging choices.
Host hotel: Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Nashville Downtown, 310 4th Avenue South, Nashville, TN 37201. Equinox has reserved a limited block of rooms 4/22/19 to 4/24/2019 for the TeleLink User Group Meeting. The $219 room rate is available until March 22nd or until the group block sells out, whichever comes first. Participants are responsible for their own hotel costs. Equinox provides 5 meals as part of the conference.
HOW TO GET TO/FROM THE UGM
The host hotel is (less than two blocks) walking distance from the Music City Center (MCC) event venue. Please note that TUGM attendees are responsible for securing transportation to/from the airport. Equinox provides shuttle service Tuesday evening for the networking dinner, as needed.
Participants are responsible for all other travel and lodging costs.
