ANNUAL REVENUE ASSURANCE EDUCATIONAL EVENT ON THE HORIZON

EQUINOX GEARS UP FOR 2024 TELELINK USER GROUP MEETING IN APRIL

(NASHVILLE, TN) January 31, 2024 — Market-leading telecom solutions supplier Equinox Information Systems is pleased to announce plans for the 2024 TeleLink User Group Meeting (TUGM). This reporting, mediation, and revenue assurance conference is perfect for EVERY member of the TeleLink community. It's designed for all system users, owners, and administrators, regardless of skill level, application version, or ability to attend previous user group meetings. As in years past, Equinox will hold this educational event at the Music City Center in downtown Nashville. The conference itself is slated for April 9 and 10 and will be preceded by an online ‘TeleLink 101: System Introduction and Overview’ seminar (March 26) to help attendees maximize the benefit from the time they spend in Nashville.

The TeleLink platform offers a host of solutions; consequently, no two companies deploy it identically. Therefore, TUGM is designed to showcase all possible revenue protection and optimization deployment options. The event’s agenda is packed full of system demonstrations, panel discussions, training, and best practice recommendations that illustrate new and progressive ways to apply TeleLink to current business assurance challenges. Representatives from companies and service providers in every segment of the telecommunications industry participate in the annual event. Due to the conference’s expertly curated content, interactive nature, and networking activities, most attendees return yearly.

TeleLink solves business assurance challenges by making usage data actionable. Its robust mediation engine standardizes disparate records, provides in-depth searching capabilities, compiles a data warehouse, and delivers the formatted data to other businesses and backend systems. Its powerful search and report engine provides unparalleled access to the data it captures, resulting in many revenue, expense, and network management benefits.

“We implemented and deployed TeleLink for a record number of customers this past year. Also, due to increased volumes, expanded markets, mergers, and acquisitions, many companies encountered new or different business challenges,” explained Chris Lowe, VP of Equinox Support. “As a result, Equinox Support worked more closely than ever before with customers. We have a personal relationship with these folks and are invested in their success, so we look forward to connecting with them in this forum.”
